Front Desk Support

Position: 1st Class Childcare Front Desk Support
Step into the role of Front Desk Support at 1st Class Childcare, where you will assist in administrative functions and directly engage with families. This position is critical in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the childcare facility.

You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing child check-ins, and providing essential information about the programs.

Your role ensures that all safety and staffing requirements are met, allowing for a secure and efficient environment. Interaction with families will be key, as will your organizational skills in maintaining a tidy front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome families and children entering the facility

• Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures are followed

• Answer phone inquiries and relay important information

• Support primary staff with child ratios during shifts

• Perform light housekeeping duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum ECE - Level 1 Certificate

• Current Police Clearance with vulnerable sector required

• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification must be obtained

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computational tasks

• Flexible schedule for coverage of various shifts
