Our client is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in capturing and editing high-quality video content for educational and promotional purposes, supporting innovative projects that make a real impact. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.

• Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives, creative direction, and client needs
• Plan and organize video shoots, including storyboarding and scheduling
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming (must have own equipment)
• Capture high-quality footage aligned with project vision and creative briefs
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software, applying color correction, sound balancing, and motion graphics

• Proven experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Proficiency in video editing software and post‑production techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of visual storytelling
