As the Lead Creative Strategist, you will manage a team of creative strategists and lead some of Kulin's essential accounts. Your insights and data-driven strategies will help develop impactful creative pipelines. Engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams, you will guide production efforts while ensuring alignment with brand objectives throughout the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship and quality assurance for creative strategists
• Introduce innovative working practices and strategies
• Collaborate with clients to refine brand voice and strategies
• Lead production efforts with clear direction and feedback
• Evaluate creative performance metrics for actionable insights
Requirements:
• Strong background in senior creative strategy roles
• Proven ability to foster collaborative client relationships
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficient in design principles influencing ads
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills
