As a News Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with the UToday news team to craft engaging newsletters and articles. Your mission includes developing best practices for digital content and supporting various communicators across the university. Highlighting compelling narratives will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and produce engaging stories through writing and visuals

• Establish standards for newsletter communications and digital accessibility

• Conduct audience analysis to inform content strategies

• Manage UToday's digital assets and publishing tools

• Collaborate across campus to enhance communication initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• 4-7 years in digital publishing tools and experiences

• Experience with multimedia content production

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills

• Knowledge of HTML and design tools preferred
