As a Worship Pastor at BVCC, you will guide the worship team and enhance the community's spiritual journey. Requirements:
• 3+ years leading worship in a congregation of 600+
• Experience planning engaging worship experiences
• Knowledgeable in diverse musical styles
• Skilled in reading music and leading teams
• Proficient in volunteer management tools
