Join The Kindness and Smile Zone as a dedicated Podcast Team Member! Develop storytelling skills while helping to amplify stories of resilience and community wellness through our global platform.
We are seeking passionate youth and young adults who are empathetic and driven to contribute to our podcast show, Stories Behind the Pain & Smiles. Flexible roles include Guest Interviewers and Hosts, Media Producers and Editors, as well as Outreach and Scriptwriters. Your involvement can make a meaningful impact in storytelling, outreach, and media production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and host podcast episodes
• Edit audio and video content for publication
• Plan episodes and draft interview questions
• Engage in outreach efforts to connect with guests
• Manage behind-the-scenes operations during recordings
Requirements:
• No prior experience required; passion is key
• Strong dedication and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with public speaking or writing
• Interested in storytelling and media production
• Desire to make a global impact through storytelling
