Algae Cal is hiring a Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience in creating high-quality digital and print designs. You will need to present a portfolio showcasing how your designs have boosted conversion rates. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, you’ll apply your marketing knowledge to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design diverse marketing materials including ads and animations

• Create visually captivating social media posts

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize designs

• Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive branding

• Innovate and implement current design trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar

• Skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design

• Experience in e-commerce environments

• Understanding user experience principles and metrics
