Position: Lead Worship Experience at Bow Valley Church
Join Bow Valley Christian Church in Calgary as the Worship Pastor and elevate the worship experience within the community. Enhance spiritual gatherings through dynamic music and creative arts.

As Worship Pastor, your primary task will be to advance the church's mission by delivering inspiring worship services. You will oversee all aspects of worship music, mentoring volunteer leaders to enrich their contributions to the Sunday service. The role emphasizes building a sense of community and belonging among team members while ensuring high-quality, spirit-filled worship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all music and drama for worship services

• Lead worship at Sunday morning gatherings

• Mentor volunteers for effective service leadership

• Direct and develop special music events annually

• Collaborate on worship service excellence with the Technical Director

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in leading worship

• Expertise in traditional and contemporary music

• Ability to read music and support various instrumentalists

• Proven management of volunteers for worship events

• Strong organizational skills for budgeting and scheduling
