At CBC, we seek a Worship Pastor who inspires the congregation and leads people into God's presence. You’ll be responsible for planning engaging worship sets, mentoring band members, and collaborating closely with the Lead Pastor. Your contributions will foster a rich worship culture grounded in biblical truth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan creative worship music and elements with the Lead Pastor

• Rehearse and guide the worship team weekly

• Lead services in-person and support behind the scenes

• Mentor volunteers in music, audio, and visuals

• Oversee technical aspects for a distraction-free experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading worship in a church

• Proficient in guitar and/or keyboard

• Strong personal commitment to spiritual growth

• Knowledge of tech systems like Pro Presenter and Ableton

• Ability to cultivate team culture and community engagement
