Shape Clio's global legal brand as a Senior Brand Designer within our Creative team. This role involves strategic design leadership, guiding multi-channel projects in a hybrid work environment.

As a Senior Brand Designer at Clio, you'll leverage 5-8 years of experience across agency and in-house settings to elevate our branding. You'll manage complex projects from initial concept to final delivery while directing the evolution of Clio's visual identity.

Your role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that push our brand forward.

• Set visual direction for brand campaigns and multi-channel projects

• Lead complex projects from stakeholder alignment to delivery

• Drive the evolution of Clio’s visual brand

• Architect design systems for sub-brands

• Mentor junior designers to elevate team craft

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of brand design experience

• Proven creative leadership demonstrated in portfolio

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Familiarity with AI design tools

• Experience directing motion design projects
