• Minimumof 2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strongportfolio showing print and digital design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of vinyl printing and installation
• Abilityto manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Abilityto multitask and pivot between priorities with ease
• High attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills
• Sensitivity and respect for diverse cultural practices
• Abilityto work independently and collaboratively

• Clearand recent background check (Security Clearance)

As part of our dedicated Graphics Design team, you’ll deliver 5-Star Customer Service to families through:

• Designand produce print and digital materials for funeral services, includingprograms, invitations, memorial items, and online content.
• Maintain and enhance the funeral home’s visual identity through consistent brandingpractices.
• Reviewand revise designs based on family or management feedback.
• Createand manage digital content for the company website and social media platforms.
• Work closely with families to understand preferences and provide guidance on designchoices.
• Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure designs meet service and brandingstandards.
• Ensuresensitive, culturally appropriate, and accurate visual representation in all materials.
• Assistin covering graphic vacations over weekends and holidays
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized files of design work for internal use and archival purposes.
• Assistin the development of marketing materials or presentations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
