INTRODUCTION
As the Assistant Branch Manager you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies.
What You'll Be Doing
Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day to day issues
Assist the Branch Manager in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Build and create a high performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviours
Do You Have The Skills
5+ years of experience in the investment industry (Wealth Management/Financial Services)
Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
CIRO Supervisor License
A coaching mindset with experience communicating a business strategy
Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Previous management experience considered an asset
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
