The Credit Fraud Analyst will play a key role in monitoring customer accounts, applying credit policies, and assisting in credit decisioning processes. Your responsibilities include performing credit evaluations, identifying high-risk segments, and supporting collections efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess customer accounts for credit risk
• Implement credit policies and monitor their effectiveness
• Support account investigations related to decisioning
• Coordinate with collections and customer care teams
• Identify emerging risks and report findings
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in credit or collections
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with credit management systems
• Experience with credit bureau data and analysis
• Effective communication with stakeholders
