Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend CMHC and conventional mortgage loans

• Engage directly with clients and brokers

• Review appraisals and building condition reports

• Ensure timely documentation and compliance

• Analyze and report on monthly results via CRM

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate finance

• Comprehensive knowledge of CMHC and corporate lending

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
