CBRE is seeking a Senior Mortgage Funder with a minimum of three years of hands-on Commercial Real Estate experience. In this role, you will coordinate funding processes, manage stakeholder communications, and provide mentorship to Analysts. Your strong understanding of lending criteria will guide successful interactions with Borrowers and Lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review commitment letters against term sheets

• Manage the funding process with Commercial Mortgage Origination team

• Engage in proactive problem-solving to facilitate funding

• Liaise effectively between Borrowers and Lenders

• Assist in mentoring Analysts on funding fundamentals

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial real estate experience

• Proven history with various types of commercial loans

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset for an internal lender model
