Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor Investment Specialists to achieve their full potential

• Develop comprehensive training for compliance and systems

• Ensure timely client service and follow-up engagements

• Oversee team performance and compliance with service standards

• Drive strategies for promoting Wealth Management services

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in Wealth Management

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion

• Strong understanding of investment and insurance products

• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
