This position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years in tax, financial, and estate planning. You will guide Investment Advisors (IAs) by delivering planning services and developing complex strategies for their demanding clients. Engaging in face-to-face meetings with clients and IAs, you will also provide essential mentorship to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive tax, estate, and financial planning services

• Conduct seminars for IAs and clients on wealth strategies

• Guide implementation of wealth planning with professionals

• Develop service standards for effective wealth planning

• Assist in business development and revenue growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of tax and estate planning experience

• Expertise in the financial services industry preferred
