Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting with variance analysis

• Assist in preparing year-end financial statement papers

• Manage project job costing and funding draws

• Ensure cash flow meets operational needs

• Review bank reconciliations and financial processes

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation mandatory

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• 3-5 years in real estate or land development preferred

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical abilities essential
