We are seeking a licensed Mortgage Broker or Principal Mortgage Broker for our British Columbia mortgage operations. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in mortgage services within the last five years. You'll support client inquiries, execute transactions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations as the Principal Broker for B.C. client activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Principal Broker for B.C. compliance

• Manage a portfolio of clients effectively

• Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders

• Build strong relationships through proactive communication

• Own the execution of mortgage transactions from intake to completion

Requirements:

• Licensed Mortgage Broker or Principal Broker in Alberta or B.C.

• Minimum two years of mortgage experience in five years

• Strong understanding of BC mortgage regulations

• Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting purposes
