Financial Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor at the Seton Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary objective is to bring our noble purpose to life by building long‑term relationships with members, delivering customized financial solutions that shape their financial fitness, and maintaining a positive image in the community.
What you’ll be doing- Identify opportunities to match members with products and solutions that improve their financial fitness
- Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals
- Participate in business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and engage members in conversations to determine their immediate needs
- Develop knowledge of current investment/retail banking services and products (e.g., mutual funds, underwriting, credits, loans, investment needs)
- Promote referrals to Wealth Management, Business Banking teams, and third‑party providers
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends
- Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks of fraud or loss
- Provide outstanding member experience by following Servus best practices
- Contribute to Servus culture of teamwork, positivity and collaboration
- Maintain Servus’s positive image in the community
At least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service, and a high‑school diploma.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following education/certificates:
- Post‑secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
- Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC)
