Lead efforts in investor support as a Senior Complaints and Inquiries Specialist.
Your role focuses on addressing investor inquiries and managing complaints effectively in the capital markets.
This position is essential for ensuring public confidence in Canadian investment regulations. You will handle diverse inquiries, providing comprehensive, easy-to-understand explanations of CIRO's role and the complaint process. By collaborating across departments, you'll help resolve issues and identify trends that could inform policy improvements and enhance investor protections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for investor inquiries
• Deliver clear and accurate information regarding complaints
• Analyze investor information and craft timely responses
• Evaluate complaints and determine next steps
• Document all interactions in the case management system
Requirements:
• Passion for helping investors and showing empathy
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of securities regulations
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
Utilize your initiative and problem-solving skills to enhance investor trust and ensure effective communication throughout their experience.
