AIMCo is looking for a driven associate to support its Mortgage Investments team. You will help monitor market trends, prepare investment materials, and maintain financial models. Key Responsibilities:

• Support monitoring of portfolio and market trends

• Assist in preparing investment committee materials

• Maintain financial models for investment evaluations

• Coordinate with teams for underwriting and closing

• Track deal pipeline activity and provide updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field

• 2-3+ years in investment banking or real estate

• Knowledge of commercial real estate preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel

• Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail
