Join West Jet as a Senior Fleet Transactions Specialist, where you'll manage the aircraft lease portfolio and enhance fleet strategies. Collaborate in-person with cross-functional teams 5 days a week.
Your role will involve overseeing the entire aircraft leasing cycle, from onboarding to financial controls. Reporting to the Director of Fleet Leasing & Transactions, you'll work closely with external partners and teams across Treasury. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance and streamlining transaction workflows, making this a pivotal position within the aviation finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage aircraft lease portfolio for compliance and execution
• Drive development of tracking tools for lease management
• Plan and execute workflows for deliveries and retirements
• Oversee payment processing and maintain lessor relationships
• Build dashboards to track lease costs and savings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Aviation Management, or related field
• 5+ years in aircraft leasing or aviation finance
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements and compliance processes
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Proven record of process improvement and automation
