Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily financial operations and financial reporting

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Oversee banking relationships and lender reporting

• Support operations with job costing and profitability analysis

• Improve financial processes and reporting visibility

Requirements:

• Experience in privately owned businesses ($10M–$100M revenue)

• Strong cash flow management skills

• Background in construction or project-based industries

• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders

• CPA preferred but not mandatory
