• Follow up on loan repayments and outstanding balances

• Support customer inquiries and arrange repayment plans

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Preferred education in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• Demonstrated experience in accounting or collections

• Familiarity with accounting principles and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
