Key Responsibilities:

• Market and structure private M&A transactions

• Support Managing Directors in coverage of private companies

• Manage end-to-end M&A processes and presentations

• Oversee financial/valuation model maintenance

• Mentor and guide Associates and Analysts

Requirements:

• 5+ years in investment banking or M&A

• 3+ years as Associate/Vice President

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders

• Relevant degree in finance or related fields
