• Coordinate interdependencies across Trading and Risk functions

• Oversee new initiatives process from front to back

• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks

• Cultivate a culture of simplicity and standardization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced designations are a plus

• 10+ years in trading and risk management environments

• Deep knowledge of trading life cycles and enabling processes

• Strong problem-solving and thought leadership skills
