Shape high-net-worth client strategies as the Director of UHNW Lending erage your expertise in complex credit transactions, risk management, and relationship building to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
This senior role focuses on managing unique lending proposals while ensuring compliance with profitability and risk policies. You will provide technical support for complex credit transactions, identify cross-selling opportunities, and directly negotiate with clients. Engage in the strategic direction of lending initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present new lending proposals to clients
• Negotiate terms for new and existing lending opportunities
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking and investments
• Monitor client accounts and performance for risks
• Lead communication strategies to influence client behavior
Requirements:
• 7+ years relevant experience in financial services
• Expert knowledge of credit and non-credit products
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making expertise
• Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex scenarios
