Financial Controller

We are a growing construction and industrial services company seeking a hands‑on Controller to help drive the next stage of our growth. • Lead day‑to‑day financial operations and reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Oversee banking relationships, financing, and lender reporting
• Support operations with job costing, profitability analysis, and financial insights
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting visibility
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and administrative finance functions
• Partner closely with ownership on strategic and operational decision making

• Background in privately owned businesses ($10M–$100M revenue range preferred)
• Strong cash flow management and operational finance experience
• Experience in construction, industrial services, contracting, rental, or project‑based industries is a strong asset
• Strong communicator who can work effectively with ownership, operations, field teams, banks, and suppliers
• CPA preferred but not required
