With over three years of mutual fund and compliance experience, your key abilities will be utilized to test regulatory controls and document findings. This role supports the execution of the Compliance Branch Review program critical to meeting regulatory requirements and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Plan and execute mutual fund distribution reviews
• Write comprehensive reports and escalate issues
• Monitor compliance activities and engage with business partners
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation
• Train and coach teams on compliance requirements

• Minimum three years in mutual fund compliance
• Post-Secondary degree and relevant securities courses
• Robust knowledge of CIRO regulations
• Experience in audit or a related field
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
