Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis

• Prepare variance analysis and performance dashboards

• Assist with lender reporting and construction draws

• Conduct market research and economic trend analysis

• Support cross-functional collaboration across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 2–5 years in real estate finance or financial analysis

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Knowledge of real estate financing and reporting tools

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
