In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner to the North America Business Operating Unit, providing crucial financial guidance to ensure the organization achieves its long-term goals. With a strong background in financial leadership within professional services, you will lead efforts in reporting, analytics, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BOU leadership on financial strategies

• Manage and mentor finance managers and analysts

• Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives

• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting efforts

• Ensure best practices for financial services implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; CPA preferred

• Minimum 15 years in a finance leadership role

• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven with a focus on high performance
