Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain processes that support the RDF
- Analyze and improve inconsistencies in regulatory practices
- Collaborate with teams to develop practical solutions
- Prepare insightful analyses for regulatory decision‑making
- Train and engage stakeholders in change management
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline
- At least 5 years in energy or minerals regulation
- Familiarity with AER’s regulatory framework
- Strong skills in collaboration and communication
- Preferred change management or project management certification
