In this pivotal role, you will assist Financial Advisors at Mission Wealth Advisors by processing transactions, managing client relationships, and preparing necessary documentation. With a minimum of two years of professional experience, you’ll contribute to effective financial management through attention to detail and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate security transfers and manage client transactions

• Handle client calls and address their inquiries

• Support the enhancement of client relationships

• Maintain accurate records and open accounts

• Assist in creating portfolio reviews for clients

Requirements:

• Two years of investment industry experience required

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course and Handbook needed

• Experience with Dataphile and Microsoft Dynamics desired

• Superior communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications
