Strengthen forecasting accuracy, budgeting discipline, and management reporting

Serve as a collaborative and accountable member of the executive leadership team
Partner closely with the COO on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and resource allocation
Contribute to Board and Audit Committee meetings as a senior financial resource
