You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead the monthly financial close, and ensure timely reporting. Your responsibilities will include improving workflows, enhancing technology integrations, and mentoring the Financial Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations for both companies

• Lead the financial close and prepare accurate reporting

• Manage cash flow, AP/AR, and payroll processes

• Drive improvements in financial operations using AI

• Mentor the Financial Administrator for team growth

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience

• Strong financial reporting and accounting skills

• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems

• Hands-on with a passion for automation and problem-solving
