Position: Treasury Accountant for Saturn Oil & Gas
Take on a pivotal role with Saturn Oil & Gas as a Treasury Accountant in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time position focuses on cash management and financial reporting essential for operational success.

As a Treasury Accountant, you will report to the Supervisor, Treasury and support various financial functions. Your responsibilities will include daily cash monitoring, vendor maintenance, and assisting with comprehensive financial reports. Your analytical skills will help in managing liquidity positions, and you'll engage in treasury-related projects to improve processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash management activities and bank balances

• Prepare monthly financial reports related to treasury activities

• Process monthly journal entries for treasury functions

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

• Participate in treasury projects, enhancing controls and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel

• Experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous
