Intact is seeking a seasoned Consultant in Actuarial to oversee impactful projects in rate making, reinsurance, and data science. You will coach and develop actuarial analysts while working autonomously on high-stakes projects. Leadership in business strategy discussions is also a key expectation in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor actuarial analysts for skill enhancement

• Lead strategic projects across various actuarial domains

• Contribute to business strategy and project discussions

• Solve complex problems and conduct peer reviews

• Use data science tools to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience required

• Certification in Actuarial Mathematics preferred

• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience in P&C insurance

• Proficiency in Python, Excel, VBA, or SAS

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
