This role provides an opportunity to mentor team members while serving as a key contact for client inquiries involving reserves and planning processes. Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure clients get the most from Omnira’s software solutions.
Your role will include supporting product enhancements and conducting training sessions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a contact point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Mentor staff and deliver high-quality client assistance
• Document and prioritize client enhancement requests
• Create valuable content for client training and support
• Oversee testing and feedback for new software features
Requirements:
• 3+ years in petroleum economics or reserves management
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities efficiently
• Experience in client-focused technical presentations
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical diploma
