Position: Financially Savvy Project Controller

In this vital role reporting to the Financial Controller, you will collaborate extensively with Project Management, Construction Supervisors, and Operations teams. Your focus will be on maintaining financial tracking, documenting change orders, and analyzing budget variances. You'll also engage in client relations, ensuring clarity in project deliverables and safety compliance within a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project financial forecasts and manage invoicing

• Produce detailed budget variance analyses

• Review projects for holdback releases and client reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation and schedules

• Provide support for team coverage and logistics

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance

• Minimum 7 years in project-centric roles

• Experience in Design Build and Construction preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera

• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
