Position: Accounting and Treasury Supervisor Avenue Living
Lead innovative accounting and treasury operations at Avenue Living Asset Management. This supervisory role emphasizes cash management, bank reconciliation, and utility accounting functions.

As the Supervisor, Accounting & Treasury, you will oversee key treasury operations and manage the bank reconciliation process within the Residential division. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, promoting effective treasury management while identifying process improvements. Your leadership will guide the team through an engaging workplace utilizing an entrepreneurial approach to asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash management, banking activities, and cash flow forecasting

• Manage and resolve bank reconciliation discrepancies efficiently

• Lead utility accounting, including billing and customer service escalations

• Collaborate with auditors, utility providers, and internal teams

• Train and develop team members, fostering cross-functional knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus

• 5+ years in accounting and treasury; 2–3 years in leadership

• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and treasury operations

• Proven success in process improvement and automation projects

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
