Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure AP invoices meet submission requirements

• Analyze PO and non-PO invoices for compliance

• Use Open Invoice for complex coding tasks

• Handle employee expense reimbursements per company guidelines

• Manage supplier inquiries and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Educational background in accounting or related field

• 1-3 years of applicable experience preferred

• Familiarity with oil and gas invoicing processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Qbyte

• Ability to work independently while collaborating
