Position: M&A Vice President, Strategy Role
Drive strategic M&A initiatives as Vice President with National Bank's Private Company M&A group in Calgary or Vancouver. This position demands your comprehensive M&A expertise to advise clients across sectors.

As a Vice President, you will manage the execution of M&A processes, including financial modeling and preparing client presentations. You'll support senior directors while mentoring Associates and Analysts, ensuring collaboration in a thriving investment banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and execute private M&A advisory transactions

• Support Managing Directors in client coverage

• Create and maintain financial/valuation models

• Conduct thorough company and industry research

• Guide and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in M&A or investment banking

• Strong networks in Diversified Industries

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or similar
