This role offers meaningful responsibility, accountability, and direct impact on client outcomes, and we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in this pivotal position. You will not operate from the sidelines — you will be deeply involved in both client interaction and execution, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care. Time management and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

- Prepare and execute financial plans, documentation, and meeting materials
- Maintain and update planning tools including Living Plan Portal
- Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing
- Track and execute action items accurately from client meetings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
- Maintain accurate CRM records and data integrity
- Assist with advisor inbox and client communications
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and internal processes
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client journey
- CSC and CPH required for Securities Licensing
- 3–5+ years in financial services or wealth management
- Strong financial planning and investment knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- LLQP considered an asset
- A proactive professional who takes initiative and leads within their role
- Highly detail-oriented and accountable
- Personable and client-focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Driven to grow within a high-performance team
- Work in a high-performing practice
