In this pivotal role, you will help train team members in tax return preparation and review Canadian and US income tax submissions. Engage in providing expatriate tax advice while developing consulting strategies for complex tax issues. You will partner closely with lead professionals to grow the practice and seize new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation of Canadian and US individual tax returns
• Review and ensure accuracy in income tax submissions
• Provide daily expatriate tax consultation on various queries
• Conduct research on executive compensation and related issues
• Engage with partners to expand business opportunities
Requirements:
• CPA certification necessary
• At least 7 years in Expatriate Tax specialization
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively across teams
• Interest in training and team development initiatives
