Manager, U.S. Business Tax Hybrid

Lead U.S. business tax initiatives with Andersen LLP in Calgary on a hybrid basis. This manager role focuses on enhancing U.S. tax knowledge within a collaborative team environment.

As a U.S. Business Tax Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative tax solutions for privately held businesses. Your expertise in U.S. tax compliance and advisory services will be paramount, working directly with clients to maximize the value of our services. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand U.S. Corporate Federal and state tax compliance

• Lead preparation and reviews of corporate and partnership tax returns

• Conduct federal and state tax research on cross-border issues

• Develop tailor-made tax solutions to meet client needs

• Coach and mentor team members to foster growth

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent professional credential preferred

• Minimum 5 years U.S. business tax experience

• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex tax issues

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
