Role Description

This full-time and part-time, Financial Services Representative role for all provinces in Canada. The Financial Services Representative will meet with clients to assess their financial needs, explain financial concepts in clear terms, and recommend appropriate solutions such as insurance and investment products. Responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing basic financial strategies, and assisting clients with applications, policy changes, and account servicing.

The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing ongoing customer service and education. The representative will also participate in training sessions, stay current on product offerings and industry regulations, and support local outreach or information sessions as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
  • Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear, professional communication
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses for insurance and investment products
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, and handle multiple client relationships.
