Position: Controller Role in Financial Management

In this pivotal role, you will partner with the Market Leadership Team to develop and implement financial strategies. You will conduct in-depth financial analyses, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and maintain stringent financial controls, ensuring healthy accounting practices across the board. Your influence will be key in aligning financial initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate management presentations and financial reports

• Analyze financial data and provide concrete recommendations

• Ensure compliance with policies and best practices

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

• Manage inventory control and physical count reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 5 years of financial management experience

• CPA designation preferred

• Strong skills in MS Office, Google Suite, SAP

• Knowledge of Amrize plant operations is a plus
