In this senior position, you will utilize your extensive experience in real estate banking to identify and develop business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop impactful business opportunities
• Propose tailored financial strategies for clients
• Negotiate terms of agreements while ensuring profitability
• Manage existing portfolio with strong risk management
• Collaborate across Canada to achieve revenue growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of real estate financing experience
• Expertise in business development and negotiation
• Proficiency in banking products for real estate
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
