Long View is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Calgary Head Office team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. You will collaborate with branch leaders to shape business decisions, leading budget cycles and delivering financial modeling for initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as strategic finance liaison to branch leadership
• Lead budget and forecast cycles to enhance decision-making
• Analyze financial results and identify key trends
• Deliver value-added financial modeling and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Requirements:
• 7+ years in financial analysis or planning
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
